What is the pricing for out of season flowers?
Pricing shown does not reflect holiday or market fluctuations. Out of season flowers may be able to be imported which would increase the cost to you.



What is your policy for estimates and deposits?
After the estimate has been determined there is a $100 non-refundable deposit to secure the date. This deposit will be deducted from your final total. You may choose to make additional payments at any time. At least 50% must be paid by 4 weeks before the date of your event and the total is due upon delivery.



Is it important to reserve our services right away?
Sun Blossoms limits our number of design projects to make sure you will have undivided attention, so reserve your date early to avoid disappointment! You can reserve your wedding date anytime from 18 months to 1 month prior to your wedding. Date reservations are subject to availability and taken on a first-come-first-served basis.



Do you have delivery and set-up services?
Delivery and complete set-up services are available to most Oregon locations. There is no additional fee for delivery and set up in Eugene/Springfield area. No delivery charge Portland or Central Oregon Coast for weddings totaling $750 or more. For other locations travel and/or lodging may be assessed. Cost of these services varies depending on location.



Is there a minimum order requirement?
Sun Blossoms does not have a minimum for design work and can accommodate any sized event.



How do payments work?

Allowing clients to make payments by cash, check, credit card or account transfer is just one more way Sun Blossoms Floral is working to make high class custom arrangements more affordable. A 4% processing fee will be assessed for credit card payments.
